CMALS works closely with our vendors to get your products to you as quickly as possible. Manufacturing is in short supply in Canada, so we import most items, and facilitate the logistics with our vendors. We are not a store or warehouse, so we rarely have stock items on site. 

Here on this website, our prices are in Canadian dollars. However, if you source the items from our partner, Demco, the prices on their website and catalogs are in US funds. 

We always encourage our customers to contact us with their requests, so that we can get the best pricing, with current exchange rates, and very often – DISCOUNTS. 

No – CMALS is not a store or warehouse. We rarely have stock items on site. 

CMALS works very closely with our partner, Demco. While we have many products available, some of our bigger lines have separate catalogs. 

Please request a copy of one of our digital catalogs to see all items available. 

We have many ways for you to get your products!

You can order directly from our website, send us a note with a list of your items (for current exchange and discounts), or give us a call. We love to hear from you!

At present, items can take anywhere from 2 weeks to several months. This is factored on the size of the order, whether items are in stock – or need to be manufactured, location of manufacturer, and of course, shippers worldwide are working at maximum effort since the start of COVID 19. 

We do our best to keep you apprised as we move through the shipping process. Tracking numbers and updates are provided to you as we receive them. 

As shippers worldwide have suspended their delivery guarantee times, we cannot always be certain of delivery dates. 

CMALS only accepts returns for items that are damaged. We reserve the right to replace damaged items. 

CMALS does not hold any warranties. Warrantied items will be handled by the manufacturer. 

Returns must be approved by CMALS and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
